Turkey has third powerful passport in the middle east regional rankings, in the latest update of passport rankings released by Henley and Partners.
In the 2019 passport rankings, Turkey has the 50th best passport in the world with visa free access to 110 countries
UAE had the best passport in middle east taking first sport, followed by Israel in second spot.
- United Arab Emirates – Visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 165 destinations
- Israel – Visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 161 destinations
- Turkey – Visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 110 destinations
- Kuwait – Visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 92 destinations
- Qatar – Visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 87 destinations
Citizenship by Investment
Turkey launched citizenship by investment program in 2018, with foreigners investing atleast USD 250,000 in real estate or USD 500,000 depositing in bank will become eligible for citizenship with their family within six months
