Grenada Records High Volume of Real Estate Applications

The Grenada CBI unit has received record breaking number of real estate investment applications under the citizenship by investment program for 2022. According to the statistics published by Finance ministry, a total of 630 applications for real estate were received of which 325 applications were already approved. Only fewer applications were refused.
