St Kitts and Nevis is the only country among citizenship by investment programs (CIP) that offers fast track application process to receive citizenship and passport
The entire process takes 60 days under accelerated application procedure (AAP) for SGF and real estate options.
Fast track process is not free subjected to additional fees. Applications will be fast tracked for CIU. This includes due diligence fee.
1. SGF Donation
You must pay the following qualify for citizenship through a contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF).
- Single applicant: a non-refundable contribution of US$150,000 is required
- Main applicant with up to three dependents (for example, a spouse and two children): a non-refundable contribution of US$195,000 is required
- Additional dependents, regardless of Age: US$10,000
Upon submission of an application, non-refundable due diligence and processing fees must be also paid. These fees amount to US$7,500 for the main applicant, and US$4,000 for each dependent of the main application who is over the age of 16 years.
2. Fast Track / AAP Fee

- Dependent above 16 years: US$20,000.00
- Passport fee: $500

3 Restricted countries
Due to the delay in turn-around time of third party due diligence contributor’s applicants from the following countries will not be eligible for the AAP:
- Republic of Iraq,
- Republic of Yemen,
- Federal Republic of Nigeria
These countries must apply for SKN passport only under ordinary application procedure.
