Rainbow City is located in the Narpow point, white beach area of Efate island in Vanuatu’s capital, Port Vila which is administered by the province of Shefa. The first phase covers an area of 86.8912 hectares and is about a straight line for 100 meters away from the coastline. It is one of the approved real estate projects by government of Vanuatu under the REO citizenship by investment program.
Foreigners need to make atleast USD 200,000 in this project to apply for economic citizenship and passport issued by the Vanuatu authorities. The processing timeframe is quick can be completed less than three months.
As the only urban complex in Vanuatu, Rainbow City is close to the main city with convenient transportation, equipped with complete supporting facilities (featured shopping town, shopping mall, international school, medical center).
In this area, there will be a Florentine shopping town with a large number of businesses such as financial institutions, communications, restaurants, tourist shops, etc. The park, road, water supply, drainage, communication, greening, lighting, and other supporting facilities in the project scope have been included in the overall plan of municipal facilities. According to the master plan, Rainbow City Immigration intends to build the project as a comprehensive property, including commercial street, comprehensive shopping malls, hospital, hotel, villa, and apartment.
The project is about 9 km from the centre of Vanuatu’s capital, Port Vila.
