The St.Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment program has specific set of conditions before admitting applicants. Please see three important conditions below.
Main Applicant
To apply for citizenship under the St. Kitts and Nevis CBI Programme, a main applicant must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Make or agree to make a legally prescribed investment or contribution under one of the CBI options
- Meet all CBI application requirements, including due diligence checks and financial criteria
Not Eligible
A person will not qualify for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship by Investment if they:
- Have been denied citizenship of any country
- Have been denied a visa to any country to which citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis have visa-free travel, and has not subsequently obtained a visa to the country that issued the denial;
- Have a criminal record;
- Are the subject of a criminal investigation;
- Have been declared bankrupt within ten years of his or her application; or
- Are involved in any activity likely to cause disrepute to St. Kitts and Nevis.
Banned Countries
For reasons of national security and public safety, applications from citizens of the following countries are not accepted:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Iran
- Iraq
- North Korea
- Russia
