So how to get St Kitts and Nevis passport in 120 days through citizenship by investment?
Effective from July 2023, For clients who are interested in St Kitts passport, it is possible through Streamlined Application Process (AAP) which takes about 4 months. If all documents in order, approval in principle can be received quicker within 90 days. The fast track application process and all limited time discounts has been removed by Government.
St Kitts is the only CBI country in the world that offers efficient processing of citizenship by investment applications. The Streamlined Application Process (SAP) was approved by the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis in July 2023 allows applications with the Citizenship by Investment Program checked by three agencies, the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), Due Diligence Providers and the St. Kitts and Nevis Passport Office. Please note there will be no special treatment given to applicants in vetting and security checks.
All applications are approved in principle within 120 days, notified saying approved, pending or denied.. Please allow additional 2 weeks for passports to be issued, which is another separate process handled by authorized agents..
This means for a single applicant you should expect

Application fee: $250
Bank fee: $1000
Passport fee: $500 / person
Total: $261,750
Real Estate: Minimum: $400,000, onwards plus government fee. Dont forget there is also agent fee many service providers will charge you around $5000 to file the application with the government. If you want to buy homes or villas, it would cost you $800,000 upwards. You must maintain your investment for 7 years in real estate, after that you are free to do whatever you want.
It is important for you to know, you only pay the full investment donation ONLY AFTER receiving the approval letter issued by government. You dont have to pay the entire sum at the start, start the process by paying half agent fee and government fee.
