St.Lucia government has published new annual report unveiling key data on applications received for citizenship by investment program. According the report, the volume of applications received and processed remains all time high hitting new records.

During the 2024/35 period, the Unit processed 2,633 applications, including denials. This level of activity supported revenue of EC$402.2M and resulted in a surplus of EC$145.5M.
- Cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period stood at EC$261M, demonstrating the Programme’s financial stability.
- Due diligence revenue totalled EC$200M, supported by increased application volume and comprehensive vetting work by our teams and partners.
- The contributions to the National Economic Fund grew by 131 percent. Programme costs reached EC$244.2M

CIP Unit of St Lucia
The Citizenship by Investment Unit (the “CIU” and or “Unit”), is a statutory body of the Government of Saint Lucia which was established on August 24, 2015, under the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) Act No. 14 of 2015 and subsequently amended by Statutory Instrument No.1 of 2017. The Unit commenced operations on October 1, 2015. The Unit’s primary function is for the general administration of the Citizenship by Investment (“CIP”) program of Saint Lucia.
The CIP Unit will continue strengthening its processes, expanding its presence in key international markets and enhancing its communication with the people of Saint Lucia
