The Portugal immigration office (AIMA) has introduced a streamlined application process for applications submitted by lawyers and law firms, according a signed cooperation agreement on “code of good practises” between AIMA and Portuguese Bar Association. The new procedure, now in force, will benefit legal firms submitting applications for golden visa and other categories for residence permits.
