The Grenada citizenship by investment program allows investors and their families investing minimum of USD 270,000 plus fees, in selected real estate projects (see below) eligible for citizenship. The processing time is 3-6 months.
Investing through the real estate option is only permitted for a select number of eligible, Government-approved projects specifically for the CBI program. The property must be held for atleast 5 years.
