The Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis (SKN) has approved several investment projects, now inviting applications under the citizenship by investment program. Only approved projects mentioned below will qualify for SKN citizenship by investment.
Public Benefit Option (PBO)
The PBO investments helps SKN government realize capital investment goals by maximising local employment, and embark upon projects including transfer of technology and capacity building. The investment must be capable to
- Develop an industry;
- Finance the construction of a real estate development project on State land;
- Construct a real estate development project on land to be transferred to the State; or
- Bring some substantial benefit to the people of Saint Christopher and Nevis
Minimum Investment: USD 250,000 + fees

2. Developers Real Estate
Eligible investors may apply for citizenship through the purchasing of a designated real estate unit from any of Approved Development below.
Minimum Investment: USD 325,000
Period: 7 years
Returns: Available
A single real estate unit” can be
- Certificate of Title to real estate;
- Share in a company registered solely to own real property by Certificate
of Title; or - A time-share interest issued pursuant to the Saint Christopher and Nevis
Vacation Plan and Time-Share Act, Cap. 10.22;
