Vanuatu has made a huge announcement making key changes to the the CBI program. The Government is imposing mandatory personal visit from Dec 1, 2024 for biometrics enrollment and passport collection for the citizenship by investment program, enforcing additional security on applicants to protect the integrity of Vanuatu CBI program aligning with international interests. This will affect candidates applying for DSP, VCP, CIIP and REO investments.

Investment Pathways
We offer 4 most affordable investment routes for Vanuatu citizenship under Capital Investment Immigration Plan (CIIP) besides DSP
- CIIP Donation – $115,000 (single applicant) or $135,000 (family of four)
- CIIP Kava Investment – $130,000 (single) or US$ 150,000 (family of four) refundable investment
- DSP Donation – $130,000 (single) or $150,000 (family of four)
- Real Estate – $200,000 (property/home)
The CIIP Kava investment will produce a return $50,000 after 5 years. The donation options are non-recoverable.
Step by Step Process
The first part of the application process is to apply for your FIU and Interpol background check/clearance. For this process you need to pay to us the sum of USD 6000 and you need to send me the following documents:
1. Certified copy of passport biodata page
2. Certified copy of your police clearance certificate
3. CV or profile
4. Certified copy of Recent 6 months banks statement
5. Proof of residency (utility bill or national ID card or residency card)
Once you are cleared then you can send the remaining balance of your documents plus 25% of the application fee submission.
Once you receive your application approval then you will send the balance 75% of the funds to settle your application and this will allow us to have your citizenship Certificate and passport printed.
Stage 1 – USD 6000
Stage 2 – USD 28,750 (25% – single applicant) & USD 33,750 (75,% – family applicant)
Stage 3 – USD 86,250 (25% – single applicant) & USD 101,250 (75,% – family applicant)
The passport process takes 40 to 60 days from submission to passport printing.
