Two Investments
There are two possible investing routes. The cheapest is the donation route.
1. Donation to Government – 100,000€
2. Real Estate – 300,000€ (South of Malta / Gozo) or 350,000€ (Rest of Malta)

Q&A
Will I be able to apply for citizenship?
No, this program will not lead to EU/Malta citizenship. We want to be very clear about this.
Who cannot apply?
Nationals from the currently sanctioned countries of (or have close ties with) Afghanistan, North Korea, Iran, Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen and Venezuela are ineligible. Additionally, applications from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are currently not eligible.
Do applying parents or grandparents be above a certain age?
No, there is no age threshold.
Can I work in Malta?
You have to apply for a work permit through normal procedures.
Can same sex couples apply?
