The Government of Grenada has published its report on the applications received for Grenada citizenship by investment program for Q1 2023. Highest number of applications were received for the month of march and the real estate applications overtakes the NTF donation fund which shows real estate is the most popular investment option for citizenship investors. Grenada has very good five star hotels approved for citizenship by investment. A total of 980 person were issued Grenada passports after becoming citizens through the investment scheme for this year. Applications rejected remains very low.

Grenada remains a very good CBI program who seek to own a strong passport with visa free capabilities and also a possibility to apply for E-2 investor visa to United States. Grenada also a family friendly citizenship program for biological or adopted siblings (unmarried and no child) to get citizenship along with family members in same application. Grenada requires one time contribution of USD 150,000 to National fund (non-refundable) or USD 200,000 invested in the property market for acquisition of citizenship. A Decision on Applications are issued in 90 days after a thorough background check is conducted.
