St.Kitts and Nevis has been ranked as the World’s best citizenship by investment program for 2023 following by Grenada in second place and St.Lucia securing the third place. This is the fourth edition of the Best CBI rankings published for 2023 based on the Points Based Score (PBS) model developed by Best Citizenships. This year we have considered about 40 important indicators considered by investors before deciding on the best CBI program to invest in. Grenada, St.Lucia and Dominica have been the winners in the Best CBI rankings during the previous years. Portugal and Ireland emerged as winners of Best Golden visa rankings.
Grenada is super attractive to CBI investors who look for a Plan B passport which comes with E-2 US visa benefit. St Lucia is another CBI recently becoming highly popular among single investors and Antigua among families.
